I have recently entered into the realm of OOAK dolls.... One Of A Kind, or, Frankenstein dolls.
People will take Barbie dolls, or other fashion dolls, and alter them, completely and utterly. Sometimes, they even go so far as to alter the physical form of the doll, make it..... Something else.
most people stick with changing hair, make-up, eye color, and skin color.
In any case, I want to re-make some of my dolls, because I ruined them, trying to give them a hair-cut, or "Oh, I'd love a blue Barbie!", or "Her ears need piercing!"......

As of now, I have several bald Barbies ready for wigs sitting in my craft dungeon, just waiting to become awesome again.
First, I need to locate Mohair. Mohair is a type of sheep's wool, that can be sold in several different ways, from wefted, to "On the Skin", or just plain. Unless you want bald OOAK dolls, you'll need it.
Buuuuuuuuuuut I can only find it online, and the regular cost plus shipping is a bit much.
*sigh*
Barbie Re-Awesomeness is going to have to wait.
